The fireworks on Friday will be at the War College; will they be easily visible from Jamestown? We are dining at the Bay Voyage.

I don%26#39;t think it will be a problem. The War College is diagonally across, on the east side of the bay. You%26#39;ll have the bridge in between you and the War College, but I don%26#39;t think that will interfere.
