Has anyone been here? The Willams St location rooms are cheaper, because its a couple of blocks from the Pelham location..Is is worth it to pay more to stay at the Pellham location

Everyone has to pay state tax. Maybe if it doesn%26#39;t have enough rooms to have to register as a B%26amp;B they don%26#39;t have to charge the lodging tax. Not sure what that is all about, but Williams Street is central to everything. No problems with staying at this location.
I would certainly recommend AGAINST the William St location and this establishment in general. Room 19 at William Street would be more accurately described as a ';slightly renovated basement apartment';.
